Build-to-Print Manufacturing

You design, we make. Our build-to-print service produces non-standard parts exactly as specified on your drawing: material, dimensions, tolerances, threads and surface finish. Before production, an engineer reviews every drawing to confirm manufacturability and flag anything unclear — so problems are solved on paper, not on the shop floor.

What to Include on Your Drawing

  • Material grade (e.g. Al 6061-T6, SS304, POM)
  • Critical dimensions and tolerances — general tolerance standard if any (e.g. ISO 2768-m)
  • Thread specifications (M, UNC/UNF, NPT)
  • Surface finish and color
  • Quantity and target delivery date

Missing information is fine — we will ask before quoting.

Our Ordering Process

  1. Send drawing

Upload 2D/3D files with quantity, material and finish.

  2. DFM review

Our engineer checks manufacturability and cost drivers.

  3. Quotation

Clear unit price, lead time and any minimum charge.

  4. First article

Optional sample for your approval before the batch.

  5. Inspect & ship

Dimensional inspection, protective packing, worldwide delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file format is best for a quote?

A STEP file plus a PDF drawing with tolerances is ideal. A STEP file alone is enough for a budget quote.

Do you keep my drawings confidential?

Yes. Drawings are used only for quoting and production. We can sign an NDA before you send files.

Can you help improve my design for manufacturing?

Yes. Our engineers provide DFM suggestions to reduce cost or lead time without changing the function of your part.

Can you manufacture from a sample instead of a drawing?

Often yes. Send photos and dimensions; we can measure the sample and create a drawing for your approval.

Have a Drawing? Let’s Review Your Project.

Send your PDF, STEP or DWG file with quantity and material. An engineer reviews every drawing and replies with a quotation and DFM suggestions — usually within 24 hours.
