Machined Heat Sinks and Cooling Parts
When an extrusion profile does not fit your design, a CNC machined heat sink gives you full freedom in fin layout, mounting holes and pockets. We mill heat sinks and cooling plates from aluminum or copper and finish them with black anodizing for better heat radiation.
Machined heat sinks are ideal for prototypes and low-volume products; for larger quantities we can advise when extrusion plus machining becomes more economical.

Yes. We can machine pockets, holes and cut-outs on your existing extrusion to reduce cost.
